Valerian Tincture Complex (previously known as Relaxade)

Valerian Complex is the ultimate stress buster! Contains the finest calming herbs including Valerian, Passiflora and Melissa. Ideal for combating stress and aiding sleep. Simply mix with water and relax. Recommended for easing muscular tension, post-exercise aches, and mental and emotional stress, including post-performance insomnia. Ideal prior to interviews and auditions if you suffer from 'stage fright'.

Use as an evening alternative to Ginseng Complex for evening relaxation.

Directions:
Shake well. Dilute 1 tablespoon in cold or warm water.

Night-time relaxation: 2 tablespoons one hour before retiring.
Daytime relaxation: 1 tablespoon three times daily.
Muscular spasms: 2 tablespoons 4 times daily.
(Seven days maximum at this dosage).
