Alchemilla Tincture Complex (previously known as Menorrhagia Mixture)

Heavy periods or menorrhagia can be an uncomfortable problem for many women but herbal tinctures can provide effective support at this difficult time. This organic complex includes Agnus castus to assist in balancing hormones and Alchemilla which acts as an astringent, traditionally used to reduce blood loss. Other 'female herbs' provide a toning and soothing effect on the reproductive organs. Continued use increases the therapeutic effect.

Directions:
One tablespoon 3 times daily for the duration of menstruation. Shake well.

Ingredients:
Alchemilla vulgaris; Capsella bursa pastoris; Vitex agnus castus; Glycyrrhiza glabra; Zingiber officinalis; in a cordial base.
