Crampbark Tincture Complex (previously known as Dysmenorrhoea Mixture)
Painful periods, or dysmenorrhoea, can be a miserable condition for many women. Using a herbal tincture can help to eliminate discomfort naturally without the need for painkillers. This specially formulated tincture includes: Wild Yam and Black Cohosh – 2 renowned herbs for balancing hormones and reducing stress – and Crampbark, traditionally used to relax the uterine muscles. Continued use increases the therapeutic effect.
Directions: Shake well. One tablespoon in hot water, 3-4 times daily at first indication of menstruation. Maximum use 7 days, per month, at this dosage.
Ingredients: Viburnum opulus; Viburnum prunifolium; Cimicifuga racemosa; Scutellaria lateriflora; Dioscorea villosa; Glycyrrhiza glabra; Zingiber officinalis; in a cordial base.
