Calendula and Crampbark Tincture (previously known as IBS1 for Cramp and Diarrhoea)
Calming herbs to address symptoms of diarrhoea and cramping of non-infective origin. Includes calendula, dandelion, wild yam and crampbark, traditionally used to soothe and comfort.
Suitable for long term use in chronic conditions, as well as shorter term relief of symptoms. This tincture can be used alternately with the Dandelion and Milk Thistle Complex, as required. Combines well with Peppermint and/or Calendula Tea and Turmeric capsules. Directions: Dilute one teaspoonful in a glass of water and sip during the day. As gut tolerance improves, increase slowly to three teaspoonfuls daily.
Ingredients: Calendula officinalis (marigold); Viburnum opulus (crampbark); Dioscorea villosa (wild yam); Taraxacum officinale radix (dandelion root); Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice); Zingiber officinalis (ginger); Foeniculum vulgare (fennel)
Notes: - Changes in bowel habits or unexplained symptoms should be discussed with your GP or practitioner. Do not attempt to self-medicate without first obtaining a medical diagnosis.
