Dandelion and Milk Thistle Tincture (previously known as IBS 2 Mixture for Bloating and Constipation)
Traditional herbs used for digestive problems involving constipation and bloating. Using dandelion, milk thistle and wild yam, this complex mixture of organic tinctures gently stimulates bowel and liver, encouraging a return to normal function.
The above remedy can be used alternately with the Calendula and Crampbark Complex, according to the prevailing symptoms.
Combines well with Maxicol, F.O.S. and Artichoke capsules.
Directions: Dilute one teaspoonful in a glass of water and sip during the day. As gut tolerance improves, increase slowly to three teaspoonfuls daily.
Once symptoms subside, reduce dose gradually and discontinue use.
