Food With Thought Cookbook

A beautifully presented and entertaining 'celebrity' cookbook which helps to raise funds for THE RAKITOVO SELF SUFFICIENCY FUND. This registered charity was set up to improve the lives of the poorest people in this small town in the Rhodopi mountains of Bulgaria. As a result there is an ongoing programme of education, health improvement, employment training and sponsorship. All the money that you pay for this book is donated to the RSSF.
